The Space:
Enter this beautifully styled Art Deco apartment and you’ll first come to a renovated kitchen featuring an expansive view of Sydney’s eastern suburbs and equipped with stone bench tops, a 4-burner gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and good sized fridge. The kitchen looks on to a combined living dining area with a round glass top dining table, a comfy sofa and large smart TV with curved screen.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, block-out blinds, and floor-to-ceiling built in wardrobes with lots of space for longer stays. A second bedroom is home to a double bed, its own built in wardrobes and block-out blinds.

Also renovated, the bathroom features stylish floor-to ceiling tiles and a shower recess with frameless glass screen. There is also a laundry on an upper floor of the building, with a washing machine and dryer for the apartment.

Please note: this apartment is on Edgecliff Road which connects Edgecliff to Bondi and although it can have ambient street noise during the day, it’s quieter in the evenings.

And to top it off, Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach is only 10 minutes' drive away.

Getting Around:
The Bondi Junction transit hub is 5 minutes walk away, where you can catch regular bus or train services around metropolitan Sydney, including the CBD (Downtown) and Bondi Beach.

* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* Have you got a baby or an infant traveling with you? We're happy to arrange the hire and delivery of baby items, subject to availability, with excellent package rates for two or more items. Please note that we require a minimum of two days notice, with full payment completed before the items are delivered.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

*This is a pet friendly property. You may bring your furry or feathered family member for an additional $100 per pet surcharge fee, Prior to check in please confirm pet type and breed.

* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals by MaisonNets and is not a hotel.

* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
