Positive: location was good, safe box for the keys was close by, beds were comfortable, like that it had a charcoal braai area and it was on the balcony, rather than a gas braai area. sofas were comfortable, DSTV with full package rather than OVHD, open plan.

Negative: bad odour comes now and again directly above the toilet by the dining room table, general bathroom is too cramped up, walls are not soundproof eg. the unit above unit 2 were dragging something and it was too loud, no keys to the gates and doors leading from the bedroom to the outside yard, outside gate leading to the river/beach was stuck. cannot feel anything coming out from the fans(spins too slow)

Summary: overall we enjoyed our stay
