It is complete with a large under cover alfresco outdoor area with BBQ, in ground fully fenced solar heated pool & yard. There is a billiard pool/ping pong table located inside in the rumpus room. Two separate lounge areas. You will also have access to a garage for your cars, bikes and any surf gear. Bayside is close to Fingal Bay Beach.
The space
Bayside in Fingal Bay is a large airconditioned, well-appointed 5-bedroom 2.5 bathrooms, family style home, large enough to cater for two families, or 10 guests in total.
This property is perfect for mature adult getaways, and multi-generational groups. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, backing onto the National Park, at the rear of the property, but within a km of the nearest beach at Fingal Bay. Complete with a large outdoor entertaining area where there is an inground pool fully enclosed for your safety. Kids must not swim without an adult. We also have 2 sun lounges for you to fully relax and soak in the sun.
Perfect BBQ, alfresco entertaining area with outdoor seating for 10 up to 12. Inside we have a billiard table/table tennis table located within the internal entertainment area.
This property has fast free Wi-Fi throughout the property. We also have a dedicated workspace so you can return to work while the rest of your family and friends enjoy Bayside and beautiful Port Stephens.
The open plan spacious living area downstairs is divided into a lounge, formal and informal dining areas and more. Out the back is a huge games room with combined billiard pool table/ping pong table, that overlooks the swimming pool and the canopy of banksias, angophora, and paperbarks lining the rear of the property.
Upstairs are 5 great sized bedrooms, most rooms overlooking the bushland views.

Bayside @ Fingal Bay is perfectly located within less than a kilometer walk, to Fingal Bay patrolled beach, 2.1 km from Box beach and 2.6 km from Wreck beach, where you will find the sand is pure white and the water is aqua blue.
Each of these beautiful beaches are perfect for swimming, the keen surfer and early morning fishermen.
There is a huge park located on the skirt of the Fingal Bay beach, bike/running paths and walking tracks, as well the well renown Saltwater restaurant, Fingal surf club, sports club, local convenience store, other cafés, an award winning fish and chip takeaway shop, (Under renovation petrol station - opening soon) and public transport all within walking distance of your front door.
There is assortment of complimentary buses that offer a service when you dine with them. Some of them are Fingal Bay Sports Club (only 5 minute walk but the driveway can feel long after a big day at the beach; Gamefish Club Shoal Bay; Country Club Shoal Bay; Nelson Bay Bowling Club; Nelson Bay Golf Club, this one also has an indoor play centre.
