Positive: Place location, cleanliness, management staff responsiveness.

Negative: Couches and fixtures and fittings could do with updating, for a small amount of investment the apartment could be outstanding instead of a high level of acceptable. The second room didn't have air con which was a surprise - the main bedroom did and so did the living room/Kitchen.
