The Space can fit up to 30 guests. Any additional above 16 will be required to pay directly to Owner. Instant booking does not guarantee your booking sometimes we dont update our calender or you will require minimum nights. Please enquire before booking to confirm
The street has 3 hours free parking mon-fri 9am to 5pm and there is room on the property to park garaged and ungaraged for free.
Bedroom 1 sleeps 6 has a double a queen and one set of bunk beds (2 singles) Large wardrobes and bathroom and room for floor mattress
Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds NO bathroom no wardrobe and no room for extra mattress sleeps 4
Bedroom 3 has a king bed as 2 singles has a wardrobe and bathroom and room for floor mattress sleeps 2
Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed (double bottom and single top) , 2x single beds and a double bed sleeps 7 has a large wardrobe and bathroom and room for floor mattress
media room is down stairs. you can byo projector and it has a queen and 2 single floor mattress.
Wifi is available and free parking on the property.
House Rules
Events Allowed but All events must be disclosed prior to booking and subject to Bond of up to $100 Per Guest
Pets Allowed but must be disclosed and subject To Pet bond of up to $ Per Stay and strict House Rules. Pets must remain outside at all times. If Pets are required to be inside must be by written prior approval.
NO Amplified music allowed after 10pm
NO Smoking Inside the House
No linen is provided and at no point is beds to be slept on without sheets. I do have linen hire options if you want to let me know
Pizza oven must be wheeled out to an out door area if you want to use it.
If gas bottle runs out during your stay you will need to Arrange a swap at a swap and go and you will be reimbursed otherwise you will need to let us know that the gas ran out.
If you use the BBQ you must clean it after your use.
Any additional guests after 16 will need to pay directly to the property. We can sleep up to 30 guests with notice.
