The property is situated within the Palm Crest "Blue Lagoon" complex in Colva, Goa The apartment overlooks the pool and is a 5 minute walk from the entrance to the complex. Turning left outside the complex, there is a 10 minute walk along the beach road to the road being lined with attractive stalls, shop, bars and restaurants. The very popular beach hosts various watersports and has an attractive collection of beach bars One of the reasons that we bought a property in this area was its brillint location. Relatvely close to the beach area, not far to the shops and resturants, yet the complex itself remains peaceful and well maintained. There is a useful "general store" opposite the complex entrance along with a Baskin Robbins" ice cream parlour as well as both fishermans and tourist bars. Colva village Colva is one of the most well known and poular resorts in South Goa. The vaious shops will provide pretty much anythig reuired for your day to day needs The beach has become a very popular tourist spot and activities such as boat trips, jet-ski-ing etc are now provided. Facing the seathe next beach village to the left is Benaulim, and to the right is Betalbatim. These resort are queter, but beautiful, and with an attractive display of beach bars/restaurants. The capital of South Goa, Margoa, is circa 3 miles away from Colva...a bustling "China in the rush hour" sort of place where absolutely anything can be purchased!
