The dining table seats 4 people, while the kitchen comes equipped with a Fisher & Paykel dish-drawer, a Bosch induction cooktop, Smeg electric oven/microwave, an integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine and soda stream. A door leads off this open-plan space to a balcony overlooking William Street to the left and the Forbes Street cul-de-sac to the right. There’s a drying rack for you dry your clothes there.
