Positive: I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Norbu in early January and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish - friendly, attentive and the staff was always willing to help. The decor of the rooms and hotel was thoughtfully designed with Tibetan style throughout. The room was very comfortable, clean and beautifully designed making it easy to relax and enjoy the spectacular view from our balcony. The on-site restaurant provided delicous food and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. Overall, Hotel Norbu exceeded my expectations and I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others. Special thanks to the outstanding staff and owners.
