It has a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen with a Breville double-boiler espresso machine and coffee bean grinder, dishwasher, gas cooking, electric oven, microwave and a full size refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen is stocked with basics including salt, pepper, oils and spices.

The main bathroom was recently renovated and includes a spacious double-shower, under-floor heating and a heated towel rail.
