We are suitable for individuals or couples looking to study, travel or even to work at! Our rustic beach house does not only has a beautiful interior but a memorising beach view, where the setting sun is to die for and perfect for making memories!!! Situated in San Souci, this is a 2-storey romantic rustic beach house, position right on the costal line with the perfect waterfront view! Only 3 mins walk from the bus station. Perfect location to get away during the holidays, weekends or breaks and try some new activities such as fishing and scuba diving or just hang out in the backyard with some mates and meet some new people. Please note: This listing is for the main house only, the backyard is shared with a granny flat no pool. The Space: The rooms have been especially stylised in order to take advantage of the home’s rustic décor and subtle tone to provide a comfortable, chill and romantic vibe. Perfect location to take a scroll alone side the waterline and enjoy the view or pick up new hobbies such as water sports, fishing, golf or even join boat tour/cruise. The Boutique House: - Situated on the waterfront of San Souci offering a magnificent view, with ample free parking allowing you to explore the nearby eateries and local cafes or restaurants. - Unlimited fast NBN Wi-fi - A spacious quad backyard with outdoor seating area overseeing the harbourside - Electric blankets or fans provide per request. - Up stair living area with sofa lounge and self-serve tea and coffee. - Large Kitchen with numbered pantry ***PLEASE NOTE: THAT WE HAVE A CLEAN AFTER YOURSELF POLICY*** Entire House: - 9 Double bed - 4 Single Bed - 2 Bed side - Open closets - Windows - Study desks Kitchen: Simple cooking needs such as salt, sugar, oil, coffee and tea are provided for your basic everyday needs. The kitchen is equipped with 4 stovetops, a fridge, microwave, portable oven, kettle, toaster and basic pots, pans and cutlery. Laundry: The laundry is located next to the kitchen, next to the back exit and the drying rack in situated in the backyard. *SCHEDULE QUIET HOURS ARE BETWEEN 10PM – 8AM, DO NOT USE THE LAUNDRY AT THIS TIME!* Bathroom: The bathrooms are mixed used between guests with 2 bathrooms on the first floor and 1 one the second floor. Basic amenities are provided such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. Drop off luggage: Our guest house allows for a luggage drop off system where you are able to secure your luggage under the staircases for an early check in or late check outs. Perfect to do some exploring whilst your room is being prepared. *** PLEASE NOTE: although we provide locks for you to secure your luggage we are not held liable if the items are missing or damaged. *** Parking: The guest house is located right next to a public park with unlimited free parking available as well as free street parking. PLEASE NOTE: This property's backyard is shared with the granny flat, booking are only for the entire main house (not granny flat - upon request we can send link)! Guest Access: We provide a self-check in system where there are no keys required and 5 hours prior booking the check in instructions will be sent to you including details such has check-in pins.
