*NOTE: The existing garage at this property is not available for use.
There is room for two cars to be parked side by side infront of the garage which is off street.

GUEST GUIDELINES, CODE OF CONDUCT & INFORMATION
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents).
STRICTLY NO HENS OR BUCKS NIGHTS PERMITTED.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.
Between 11pm and 8am. Noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 11pm - 8am.
At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing.
Upon payment to secure your booking, you confirm that you comply with our standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement.

* Full linen is provided including bath towels.
* Hand towels and face washers are provided for all bathrooms.
* Doonas, blankets and pillows are provided.
* Linen for porta-cots is not supplied.
* Tea Towels are provided.
* Beach Towels are not provided.

The house bedding configuration is as follows:
Master Bedroom 1: 1 King Size Bed with ensuite.
Master Bedroom 2: 1 King Size Bed with ensuite.
Third Bedroom: 1 Queen Size Bed.
Fourth Bedroom: 1 Queen Size bed
Fifth Bedroom: 1 Queen Size Bed
Sixth Bedroom: One tri bunk bed (double bed bottoms & single bed top) & One normal bunk bed (Single bed bottom and single bed top).

PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet i.e. type/breed must be given. Please be aware that pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.
* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.
