This is an individual apartment located on the third floor, inside a classic, older, Melburnian CBD building with a security entrance and an elevator. The living area windows overlook Flinders Lane below.

It has a gorgeous, Parisian feel about it. The queen bed is an expensive, high quality, pillow-top bed, and is very comfortable. All bedroom windows have double glazing for a quiet nights sleep. Opening windows allow fresh air through all rooms when you want it.

This is so well-located near shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and trams; as well as the many attractions that Melbourne has to offer.

Car parking is available nearby for a small fee - monthly rates are as little as about $11/day.

Nearby parks include Queen Victoria Gardens, Birrarung Marr and Enterprize Park.

CBD Little Paris is amazingly located amongst some of the best shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars in Australia. As mentioned above, the tram stops are just 100m away. It is only a short walk to Chinatown, Melbourne Central shopping centre, the Bourke Street Mall, Carlton Gardens and Melbourne Museum/IMAX theatre, Crown Casino and the aquarium are all within easy walking distance. Inner Melbourne and the nearby Southbank Promenade are famous for their world-class restaurants, shops and of course, Crown Casino. There are multiple food outlets, buskers and arts crafts events.

Just south of the Casino is South Melbourne shopping strip, and the famous South Melbourne Markets.

GETTING AROUND

The trams in the Melbourne CBD are brilliant. From CBD Little Paris, trams are only 90 metres away on Swanston St or down Degraves St on Flinders Street. You can cross the road to Flinders St Station as well; if you want to go a bit further.

GUEST INTERACTION

We send you instructions on how to collect your keys on site from our greeters, once your booking is confirmed. Our office is remote from the apartment, so we communicate by phone or email. We always check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day.

30 days or more in advance, the min stay is 7 nights

90 days or more in advance, the min stay is 28 nights

We won't be able to accept bookings that do not meet the above criteria.

Late Arrivals

For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00 there is a late arrival fee of $100.00
For no shows, there is a no show fee of $100
For Public Holiday arrivals, there is an extra surcharge of $50

Check in
On check in, you will be asked to sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms Conditions.

Pet Stays
NB: Many of our properties, (including this one) are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The pet stay fee is $135 (base rate) plus $5 per night per pet.

SECURITY BOND - FOR SOME GUESTS
For stays of 28+ nights and bookings made within 5 days of arrival, you will be required to pay a refundable bond of $1200.00. Payments of this bond by credit card or International Bank Transfer will incur fees which are not refundable. Please note bonds may be requested at the managers discretion. Bonds are due 7 days before arrival and are refunded within 14 days of departure. The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal.

CREDIT CARDS
All bookings require a credit card to be held on file for security purposes during your stay. Any credit cards used must be added by the guest and verified by our 3DSecure security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified will not be accepted. Please enquire with us for more details before making a booking.
