There is split AIr Conditioner in the main room, plus a floor fan and heater in the lounge and ceiling fan in the bedroom. For guests staying for 7 days or more, under the house there is a guest laundry sink and washing machine available for your use. Outdoor portable BBQ for use for weekly stays. Also included is some storage for bikes, surfboards etc.

If you prefer to go shopping you can head up to Erina Fair shopping complex. The largest single story shopping complex in the Southern Hemisphere. There you will find a large variety of specialty shops including Myer, Target, BIG W, KMart, and many more.

If you like movies, then visit Hoyts for the latest release movies or you can also go ice skating in the indoor rink. (Subject to COVID-19 & renovations)

If you are the outdoor adventure type, then the estate backs onto many fire and walking trials. You can even take your mountain bike for a ride or go for that bush walk. Hours of trails to be explored. Into diving? The HMAS Adelaide is waiting for you to view at Terrigal. Into horse riding or quad bikes, Glenworth Valley is only 30 minutes away at Peats Ridge. So much to see and do on the Central Coast.
