This prestigious home can accommodate up to 10 guests & boasts waterfront position, just a few steps to the white sandy beach, sheltered in one of Port Stephens most picturesque bays.
Enjoy gorgeous water activities from swimming, fishing, boating, paddle-boarding. The home exudes a classic timeless coastal vibe with glorious views of the boat-dotted, aqua blue water of the bay. The home is also blessed with a narrow reserve between the property and the beach, featuring a level grass area, shaded with trees offering the perfect setting for a game of cricket, and for children to play and explore, while being able to be seen from the house and outdoor entertaining areas.
Waterfront Serenity has grand proportions:
Upper level comprises 2 bedrooms (inc master with ensuite), 1 bathroom, powder room, large gourmet kitchen, living and dining areas, opening to a furnished covered balcony and that glorious view!
Lower level comprises 2 bedrooms, media room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom, kitchenette/laundry and large living area opening to furnished covered/open patio and gardens which accesses the sparkling bay, beach and tree-lined grass reserve.
Waterfront Serenity is close to everything Port Stephens has to offer, including an abundance of restaurants & beautiful fresh seafood. A 5 minute drive (or 20 min walk) brings you to the Anchorage, which offers shopping and restaurants. Let’s not forget all the other beautiful beaches in the area, and activities such as surfing, whale/dolphin watching cruises, fishing expeditions, sand dune safaris, camel safaris, horse riding and some local wineries too.
At the end of each day, kick back, relax with a glass of bubbly and watch the best show in town the stunning, vibrant sunset over the bay.

BOND a refundable bond of $2000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.
