Whale Tales is a 2-storey beach house located high on the hill with stunning water views of Fingal Bay beach and Fingal Bay spit and is only 300 metres to the waters edge, children's playground, clubs and cafes.
Two spacious open plan living areas with the upstairs area having air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and family size fridge. Upstairs there are three large bedrooms, two having water views and balconies to take in the refreshing sea breezes. The main bathroom is located upstairs as well, it has a bath/ shower, toilet and vanity and there is also another bathroom downstairs with a shower and toilet.
Single garage with the laundry running to the side off the garage, the laundry has a front loader washing machines and dryer, there is even an outdoor shower for your convenience coming back from the beach. There is room for the children to play out in the backyard, the backyard is not fenced.
