Nice and homely cottage with a good standard and close to the sea in Svanesund in the south-east area of Orust. The cottage is located peacefully in a smaller cottage area bordering forest and sea. Here you are far from the noise and traffic of the city and can enjoy the silence and the beautiful location with good chances of seeing the animals of the forest passing by. A perfect cottage for the family who wants to live near the sea with salty swimming, service, and many attractions in the immediate area. Only a few minutes' walk to the small bathing area "Skogen" with both jetty, sandy beach, and rocks. Here you can enjoy your time almost entirely to yourself. If you prefer a larger swimming area, you continue about 1 km to the municipal and disabled-friendly swimming area with jumping tower, jetties, sandy beach, rocks, and lawn. The house with a guest house is located on a substantial plot of land which consists of both a lawn for play and games, a hilly natural plot with mountains in the distance and a garden area. Of course, also a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your time off over a good meal with a drink. Entrance level contains two bedrooms, one with a 180 cm wide double bed and the other with a bunk bed 120 cm wide lower bed and 80 cm wide upper bed. Lovely living room with TV corner with exit to the balcony and modern bright kitchen with dining area. Freshly tiled bathroom with combined washing machine/dryer. In a detached homely guest cabin with its own balcony, perfect for couples or young people who want to take care of themselves, there are additional beds in the form of a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed.
