Spacious airy apartment direct from owners overlooking a swimming pool and immaculately maintained grounds in a beautiful apartments complex occupied mainly by owners in a quieter area of Sunny Beach, around 250 meters or 10 min stroll from the beach.
The complex has family friendly restaurants and cafes on its doorstep and a few small corner shops. The nearest sizeable supermarket is 5 min walk away.
The complex is set around the fresh water swimming pool, which has a children's section, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, on a secure plot. It contains relatively low number of larger than usual apartments, mostly used by their owners as holiday homes, hence the swimming pool is never over-populated. The complex is children friendly and we would highly recommend it to families. There is a free parking behind the complex.
Apartment consists of 1 spacious bedroom, a large open plan living and dining area with a kitchen, entrance hall, shower/ toilet room and two sizeable balconies, all in all 91 sq. meters. Bedroom contains a king size bed and additional single size sofa-bed suitable for a child or a smaller person; there is also a small double bed in the living area, which could sleep two, but likely more comfortable for one, hence the apartment is listed for 4 people, though it could sleep max 5 people. Kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster, pans & pots, crockery and cutlery. Apartment is air-conditioned, has free WiFi, Tv and DVD.
Shower towels, pillows, blankets and bed linen is provided free of charge.
A pleasant short stroll will take you to the long sandy beach where there are sun loungers and parasols to hire, in 2021: BGN 10-12 (GBP 5-6) per item depending on location. If you walk along the beach, you will find "free" areas where you could put down your own parasols, etc, but these are very popular and hence might be densely occupied.
If you want a bit more "action", the resort centre is just 1 km from the complex with a variety of shops, bars, restaurants and boisterous night life. Bus stop is 3 min walk from the complex with regular buses running along Sunny Beach and into historical Nessebar (well worth a visit). A few bus stops away there is a bus station with many routes going to nearby Bourgas, Sofia, Pomorje and other destinations.
Sunny Beach is approximately 35km to Bourgas Airport and 101km to Varna Airport. We can recommend a friendly transfer service to take you to/from airport at, we genially believe, very competitive price. If you use the recommended transfer service, we can be flexible on check-in and check-out timing, otherwise check in is after 2 pm and check out by 11am.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE:
1. We keep nightly rate quite low but there’s nothing we can do with raising electricity and water costs. In 2022 electricity cost increased 2.5 times and water rates nearly doubled. Therefore unfortunately we have to ask additional payment for water and electricity at a rate of EUR 50/ week, payable either in advance or upon arrival. Please note this is just a “contribution” towards the total cost, so we ask you to use both electricity and water carefully.
2. Smoking is allowed on the balcony only.
3. If staying longer than 1 week, you are welcome to use clean bedding from the wardrobe for an additional laundry fee of GBP20; alternatively you are welcome to wash your laundry in the washing machine.
